Job description :

Provide high standard of customer service to our clientele in store and on the phone

Evaluation of customer’s needs and offering the right product for the specific problem

Product management and organization

Cashier and customer service duties, including POS system management

Handle the admistrative work

Opening and closing of store as needed

Cleanliness of store and store display/ decoration

When the owners are not in, assistant manager duties in accordance with our policies.

The right candidate will:

    • Be an engergetic,  enthusiastic and creative professional
    • Have proven sales experience and understanding of sales process.
    • Shoe experience helpful, but not required. 
    • Be prepared and dedicated to an extensive training process.
    • Has good basic computer experience(Word and Exel).
    • Possess strong communication skills and is committed to exceptional customer service.
    • Have the ability to work independendly and in a team.
    • Has POS System experience, including product management
    • Has proven her/himself to be reliable and honest
    • Be detail oriented
    • Be physically fit to climb ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time.
    • Be able to kneel and get back up and have a willingness to assist the customers to try on shoes.
    • Be patient with the elderly and people with disabilities.
    • Find joy in making a difference in someones life.
    • Be a team player who is looking for a longterm career and knows each person has to play their part consistently.

Erhard’s Orthopedics offers:
Full time position 29 hrs or part time (no less than 20 hrs) with goal to develop into full time (Tues-Sat, no evenings)
