First position :
We’re looking for a team player to join our family-owned and operated shoe and pedorthist store. store. For 25years, Erhard’s Orthopedics has been Kelowna’s trusted, full-service, independent source for shoes and help with foot issues. Job description includes:
• Provide high standard of customer service to our clientele
• Maintain showroom and assist in product management
• Evaluation of customer’s needs and offering the right product for the specific case.
• Assist in administrative tasks as required
• Must be physically fit to climb ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time
• Must be able and display a willingness to assist the customers to try on shoes.
The right candidate will:
• Have proven sales experience and/or understanding of sales process. Shoe experience helpful but not required.
• Be prepared and dedicated to an extensive training process.
• Possess strong communication skills and committed to exceptional customer service.
• We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and creative professional whose skill set includes being detail oriented, a good multi-tasker and self-motivated.
• Be a team player who is looking for a longterm career and has proven to be able to hold positions for a longer period of time.
